Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hitoelegant Sports Werar. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions which govern all transactions and communications between you (the customer) and Hitoelegant Sports Werar (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods;

  • Bank Wire Transfer (Requires a valid business bank account)
  • Banker’s Cheque (Approved local customers only)
  • Western Union
  • MoneyGram
  • Xoom
  • Other secure and convenient payment services (as agreed upon)

2. Currency

All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design and color. We do not process single-piece orders.

4. Pricing and Quotes

All pricing is subject to change without prior notice. However, once a quote is issued, it will be honored for 30 days from the date of issuance.

5. Sample and Design Approval

  • A pre-production sample will be created for your review and approval.
  • Production starts only after we receive your written or confirmed approval of the sample.
  • A non-refundable advance payment is required for all samples.

6. Payment Schedule

  • 50% deposit of the total invoice is required to initiate production.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the order but before shipment.
  • Alternative payment terms may be negotiated for regular or approved clients.

7. Payment Due Dates

  • Initial deposit payment is due within 15 days of the deposit invoice.
  • The final balance is due within 15 days of the final invoice date.

8. Late Payment

Failure to make timely payments may result in production and delivery delays. We strongly encourage prompt payments to avoid interruptions.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 3 days of placement without penalty.
  • Cancellation after production begins may incur additional charges depending on the work completed.

10. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice. We ensure secure and reliable delivery to the destination provided by the customer. If you have special shipping instructions, please notify us in advance.

11. Taxes and Duties

All prices exclude taxes and customs duties unless specified. Customers are responsible for any local taxes, import duties, or customs fees imposed by their country’s authorities.

12. Credit Terms

We do not offer credit terms. All orders must be paid in full as per the outlined payment schedule. No products will be shipped without full payment.

13. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
  • Eligible returns will be refunded or replaced as per our Return Policy.
