1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) received are damaged, defective, or contain significant manufacturing faults.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products customized according to client specifications (including private label or custom sizing).
  • Samples provided before full production.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at info@hitoelegant.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo or video evidence of the defect.
  2. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a refund or send a replacement (as agreed).

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other return reasons not caused by our fault, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds and Replacements

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
  • Alternatively, we can arrange for a replacement item to be sent, depending on your preference.
